-3- <br /> The <br /> 3-The Motion Carried. <br /> 8. Building Permits <br /> A. Mr. Wes Robertson, owner of Highcrest Manor, Apartments at 3605 - 15 - <br /> 37th Avenue, presented his request for a building permit to construct an add- <br /> itional 13 garages and add additional parking. <br /> Upn motion by Katterheinrich seconded by Kronk, it was moved to recommend to <br /> the Council to approve the additional 13 garages and parking. <br /> The Motion Carried. <br /> B. Mr. Bob Dircks, owner of Berger Transfer, 3720 Macalaster Drive, <br /> presented his request for a building permit to add an additional 7,000 sq. ft. <br /> of warehouse area to existing industrial building. <br /> Upon motion by Miedtke seconded by Katterheinrich, it was moved to recomamd <br /> to the Council to approve said building permit as requested. <br /> The Motion Carried. <br /> . C. Mr. Hermundslie of Medtronics Inc. at 3055 Highway #8, presented his <br /> request for a builling permit to add an additional 5670 sq. ft. to each floor <br /> totaling 11 ,340 sq. ft. plus penthouse, and additional parking to expand <br /> facilities as necessary. <br /> Upon motion by Mesenbring, seconded by Kronk, it was moved to recommend to the <br /> Council to approve said building permit as requested. <br /> The Motion Carried. <br /> D. Mr. Benson representing, Basic Industries at 2909 Anthony Lane request- <br /> ed a building permit to add an additional 3300 sq. ft. to the existing Indust <br /> rial Building. <br /> Upon motion by Miedtke, seconded by Mesenbring, it was moved to recommend the <br /> Council to approve said building permit as requested. <br /> The Motion Carried. <br /> 9. Miscellaneous <br /> A. Mr. Renckens requested permission to divide Lot 34, Bl. 1 , Bonnie View <br /> Heights (platted property) in half resulting in two 68'X134' lots one facing <br /> 31st Avenue and one facing 311� Avenue. <br /> Upon motion by Kronk seconded by Mesenbring , it was moved to recommend the <br /> • Council to approve said lot division. <br /> The Motion Carried. <br /> B. New schedule of Board participation at Council meetings. <br />
