-3- The 3-The Motion Carried. 8. Building Permits A. Mr. Wes Robertson, owner of Highcrest Manor, Apartments at 3605 - 15 - 37th Avenue, presented his request for a building permit to construct an add- itional 13 garages and add additional parking. Upn motion by Katterheinrich seconded by Kronk, it was moved to recommend to the Council to approve the additional 13 garages and parking. The Motion Carried. B. Mr. Bob Dircks, owner of Berger Transfer, 3720 Macalaster Drive, presented his request for a building permit to add an additional 7,000 sq. ft. of warehouse area to existing industrial building. Upon motion by Miedtke seconded by Katterheinrich, it was moved to recomamd to the Council to approve said building permit as requested. The Motion Carried. . C. Mr. Hermundslie of Medtronics Inc. at 3055 Highway #8, presented his request for a builling permit to add an additional 5670 sq. ft. to each floor totaling 11 ,340 sq. ft. plus penthouse, and additional parking to expand facilities as necessary. Upon motion by Mesenbring, seconded by Kronk, it was moved to recommend to the Council to approve said building permit as requested. The Motion Carried. D. Mr. Benson representing, Basic Industries at 2909 Anthony Lane request- ed a building permit to add an additional 3300 sq. ft. to the existing Indust rial Building. Upon motion by Miedtke, seconded by Mesenbring, it was moved to recommend the Council to approve said building permit as requested. The Motion Carried. 9. Miscellaneous A. Mr. Renckens requested permission to divide Lot 34, Bl. 1 , Bonnie View Heights (platted property) in half resulting in two 68'X134' lots one facing 31st Avenue and one facing 311� Avenue. Upon motion by Kronk seconded by Mesenbring , it was moved to recommend the • Council to approve said lot division. The Motion Carried. B. New schedule of Board participation at Council meetings.
