Upon motion by Katterheinrich seconded <br /> by Dr. Emond it was moved that the plans for a 12 unit apartment at 3721 <br /> Chandler Drive be approved, and to recommend the Ccuncil to approve the plans. <br /> The Motion Carried. <br /> 9.
