i'. <br /> r <br /> PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> September 200 1966 <br /> 1., Call to Order <br /> The regular meeting was called to order at 7:32 PA. by Chairman Howitz, <br /> on Tuesday September 20, 1966. <br /> 2. The following members were present at roll call : <br /> Robert Mesenbring, Donald Kronk, Duane Miedtke, Louis Howitz, Curtis Englund, <br /> Fred Katterheinrich <br /> Absent: <br /> Dr. Thomas Emond <br /> also present was Norbert Maher and Harry Lekson <br /> 3. Minutes <br /> The Minutes of the regular meeting of August 16, 1966' were approved as <br /> submitted. <br /> 4. Pub 1 i c Hearings <br /> None <br /> 5. Ordinance Variations <br /> The Board considered the request of Mr. Albert Villella for a variation in <br /> width of Tract B, lot 40 block 4, Mounds View Acres, 2nd Addition. <br /> After discussion of variation on tract B it was recommended that same be <br /> made 70.23 ft. wide and tract C be made 70 ft, wide by 130 ft. long. This was <br /> agreed on by Mr. Villella. <br /> Upon motion by Englund, seconded by Miedtke it was moved to recommend to <br /> the Village Council to approve these changes. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> 6. Zoning Variation <br /> None <br /> 7. Old Business <br /> Mr. Hermundslie of Medtronics discussed a revised approach to Highway ##8. <br /> Upon motion by Kronk, seconded by Englund., it was moved to recommend the Council <br /> • to approve plans to be presented at next meeting on September 27, 1966. Curtis <br /> Englund to represent the Planning Board at this meeting. <br /> Motion Carried. <br />
