Korsunsky presented final plans for Nursing Home at 37th and Foss Road. <br /> Upon motion by Miedtke seconded by Mesenbring, it was moved to recommend the <br /> Council to approve said plans with the provision that no drainage problem <br /> will exist. <br /> The Motion Carried. <br /> 9. Miscellaneous . <br /> A. The planning board discussed the sign request for Radio Shack to be locat <br /> ed in Apache Plaza. The 4X20 ft. sign.to be placed between Montgomery Ward and <br /> Waldorf Cleaners signs. <br /> Upon motion by Miedtke, seconded by Kronk, it was moved to recommend to the <br /> Council to approve said sign. <br /> The Motion Carried. <br /> B. The planning board also discussed the sign request of Fabricmasters, Inc. <br /> located in the basement of the Bowling Lanes at 2654 Kenzie Terrace. This sign <br /> is 3X18 ft.- and is to be placed on roof of building above front entrance. <br /> Upon motion by Katterheinrich, seconded by Englund, it was moved to recommenc: <br /> the Council to approve this sign. <br /> The Motion Carried. <br /> 10.
