It was noted that the Sibley Company will <br /> probably be vacating the store at the first of the year. The <br /> Commission directed staff to research what means the City has to <br /> direct the non-conforming signage be removed upon vacation by the <br /> tenant.. <br /> • The Commission next discussed the appointment of a Chairman and <br /> Chairman Pro Tem for 1981.
