Chairman Jones opened the public Hearing- on the request <br /> from the- owners of the properties at 2608, 2700 and 2702 - 33rd Avenue <br /> N.E. to replat. their properties to create two new buildable conforming <br /> lots of 75 X 131. 25 feet. each, .which. will front on Belden Drive. It <br /> was agreed the hearings on the individual petitions for the necessary <br /> variances to effect this replatting would be held following the re- <br /> platting recommendation. <br /> Mr. Jones read the notice . of the hearings which' Mr. Berg indicated <br /> had been published and sent to adjoining property owners within 350 <br /> feet of the sites . No one present reported failure .to receive the <br /> notice or objected to its contents .
