-6- <br /> plan for Phase .l of the Kenzie Terrace Redevelopment Project appears <br /> to meet all the requirements of and is- consistent with. the City ' s <br /> Comprehensive Plan and that there had been adequate staff , Planning <br /> Commission, and public input to the planning process , recommends that <br /> the St. . Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority proceed with the <br /> sale of the subject property to the redeveloper- on the project subject <br /> to the .execution of the developer' s agreement. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Mr. Zawislak and seconded by Mrs . Franzese:.to set the date <br /> for the public hearing on the preliminary Planned' Unit Development <br /> plan for May 17, 1983 during the Planning Commission meeting that <br /> evening. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Mr. Bjorklund indicated he .would like to see all .utility lines <br /> identified in th-is . plan and Mr. Childs told him that plans for the <br /> project would be made available to the Commission members. well in <br /> advance of the hearing. <br /> Mr. Tushie said he wanted to commend the -H.R.A.. and the Commission <br /> for providing the . incentive for this project, which he perceives <br /> meets a real need and demand of the community. <br /> Motion by Mrs .
