Brewer <br /> 6 stated that the Twin Lake North monument sign is seven feet <br /> 7 high. City Manager Burt <br /> 36 ' informed the Commission that there are many temporary signs <br /> 37 throughout the immediate area advertising the location of <br /> 38 Autumn Woods . <br /> 39 <br /> 40 Mr. Brewer listed for the Commission the various temporary <br /> 41 signs . He stated that there is one . sign on the end of the <br /> 42 building which will come down . There is a sign in front of <br /> 43 Building A which has a picture of the building, and which <br /> 44 will come down when the monument sign goes up. As soon as <br /> 45 the directional signs go up the rental center signs will <br /> 46 come down . Mr. Brewer agreed , in response to a question by <br /> 47 Commissioner Wagner, that all the temporary signage will <br /> 48 come down by May 1 , 1990 . He indicated that LaNel may <br /> 49 return on May 1 , 1990 to ask for an extension on the <br /> 50 temporary sign near Rosie ' s Restaurant , depending upon the <br />
