APPROVAL OF JUNE 21, 1994 PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES. <br /> 13 Motion by Franzese, second by Bergstrom,to approve the Planning Commission minutes <br /> �4 of June 21, 1994, with the following changes: <br /> 15 Page 10, line 11: Remove "they," replace with "the majority." <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 18 IV. DESIGNATION OF COMMISSIONER TO THE AUGUST 23, 1994 COUNCIL <br /> 19 MEETING. <br /> 20 Commissioner Horst will represent the Planning Commission at the August 23, 1994 <br /> 21 Council Meeting. <br /> 22 V. PUBLIC HEARINGS. <br /> 23 A. C.M. Group, Inc., conditional use permit and variance request, for 2400 -37th <br /> 24 Avenue N.E. <br /> 25 At 7:03 P.M., Chair Gondorchin opened the public hearing for a conditional use permit <br /> 26 and variance requested by C.M. Group, Inc., which would allow the operation of a <br /> 27 convenience store with a fuel area at 2400-37th Avenue NE. <br /> 3 In his staff report, City Manager Mornson informed those present that this property is <br /> �j located at 2400-37th Avenue N.E., and added that C.M. Group, Inc., is requesting two <br /> 30 variances on the building and two variances on the canopy. <br />
