1 CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES <br /> 3 SEPTEMBER 17, 1996 <br /> 4 I. CALL TO ORDERIPLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Chair Bergstrom at <br /> 6 7:03 P.M. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Commissioners present: Chair Bergstrom; Commissioners Delmonico, Franzese, <br /> 9 Gondorchin, Horst, Makowske, and Thompson. <br /> 10 Commissioners absent: None. <br /> 11 - Also present: Kim Moore-Sykes, Management Assistant and Michael Mornson, <br /> 12 City Manager. <br /> 13 III. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 17, 1996 PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA. <br /> 14 Motion by Thompson, seconded by Delmonico, to approve the Planning Commission Agenda for <br /> 15 September 17, 1996 as presented. <br /> 16 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> IV. APPROVAL OF THE AUGUST 18, 1996 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br /> 8 MINUTES. <br /> 19 Motion by Bergstrom, seconded by Franzese,to approve the August 18, 1996 Planning <br /> 20 Commission Meeting minutes with the following changes: <br /> 21 <br /> 22 Page 1, Line 23: After"general,"replace text with"would set precedent potentially leading <br /> 23 to the destabilization and invalidation of the Comprehensive Plan <br /> 24 objectives and City's Zoning Ordinances, and an unwillingness of the <br /> 25 applicant to physically modify the home to meet the requirements of <br /> 26 multiple family homes". <br /> 27 Page 2.Line 6: Remove "due to"and replace with"in order to avoid". <br /> 28 Page 5, Line 5: Remove"Unanimously" and add"Commissioner Gondorchin voted nay". <br /> 29 Page 14, Line 32: Add"Mr. Gerster stated he would look into the location of the outside <br /> 30 dumpster". <br /> 31 Page 15, Line 3: Remove "cuts" and replace with"angle" and after"on" add"and off the". <br /> 32 Page 16, Line 11: Remove "too quick" and replace with"an expedited process". <br /> 33 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 34 V. DESIGNATE PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVE TO SEPTEMBER 24, <br /> 35 1996 COUNCIL MEETING. <br /> Chair Bergstrom was appointed as the Planning Commission representative for the Tuesday, <br /> September 24, 1996, City Council meeting. <br />
