CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Chair Bergstrom at <br /> 6 7:00 P.M. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Commissioners present: Chair Bergstrom; Commissioners Gondorchin, Horst, Kaczor, <br /> 9 Makowske, and Thompson. <br /> 10 Commissioners absent: Commissioner Delmonico. <br /> 11 Also present: Kim Moore-Sykes, Management Assistant. <br /> 12 III. APPOINTMENT OF CHAIR, VICE-CHAIR. <br /> 13 Motion by Commissioner Gondorchin, seconded by Commissioner Horst, that this item be <br /> 14 postponed to later in the agenda and be considered under IX. Other Business. <br /> 15 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 16 <br /> 4 IV. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 20, 1998 PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Thompson, seconded by Commissioner Makowske, to approve the <br /> 19 Planning Commission Agenda for January 20, 1998 with the following change: <br /> 20 Under IX. Other Business, add: Appointment of Chair, Vice-Chair <br /> 21 <br /> 22 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 23 V. APPROVAL OF THE DECEMBER 16, 1997 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br /> 24 MINUTES. <br /> 25 Motion by Chair Bergstrom, seconded by Commissioner Horst, to approve the December 16, <br /> 26 1997 Planning Commission Meeting minutes as presented. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 29 VI. DESIGNATE PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVE FOR JANUARY 27, <br /> 30 1998 COUNCIL MEETING. <br /> 31 Commissioner Gondorchin was appointed as the Planning Commission representative for the <br /> 32 Tuesday, January 27, 1998, City Council meeting. <br /> 33 VII. PUBLIC HEARINGS. <br /> 34 1. Side Yard Setback Variance - Seviola Construction. <br /> Chair Bergstrom opened the public hearing at 7:04 P.M. <br />
