1 CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> PLANNING-COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES <br /> 3 JUNE 16, 1998 <br /> 4 I. CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Chair Bergstrom at <br /> 6 7:02 P.M. <br /> 7 U. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Commissioners present: Chair Bergstrom; Commissioners Gondorchin, Horst, Kaczor, <br /> 9 Makowske, and Thompson. <br /> 10 Commissioners absent: None. <br /> 11 Also present: Kim Moore-Sykes, Management Assistant. <br /> 12 III. APPROVAL OF JUNE 16, 1998 PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA. <br /> 13 Motion by Commissioner Gondorchin, seconded by Commissioner Horst,to approve the <br /> 14 Planning Commission Agenda for June 16, 1998 as presented. <br /> 15 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> IV. APPROVAL OF THE MAY 19, 1998 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES. <br /> Motion by Chair Bergstrom, seconded by Commissioner Gondorchin,to approve the May 19, <br /> 18 1998 Planning Commission Meeting minutes with the following change: <br /> 19 Page 2, Line 4: Replace "imperious" with "impervious". <br /> 20 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 21 V. DESIGNATION OF PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVE TO THE CITY <br /> 22 COUNCIL. <br /> 23 Commissioner Makowske was appointed as the Planning Commission representative for the <br /> 24 Tuesday, June 23, 1998, City Council meeting. <br /> 25 VI. PUBLIC HEARINGS. <br /> 26 A. 98-06 Wirth Companies - Subdivision of Property. <br /> 27 Chair Bergstrom opened the public hearing at 7:05 P.M. <br /> 28 Ms. Moore-Sykes reported that Mr. Tom Hanka of the Wirth Companies, submitted an <br /> 29 application to subdivide and replat Lot 1, Block 1, Beutz Addition, a vacant lot to the southwest <br /> 30 of Apache Medical Building. Mr. Hanka is proposing to split Lot 1, Block 1, Beutz Addition <br /> 31 and join 74 feet to the Apache Medical Building parcel, which is Lot 1, Block 2, Apache Plaza. <br /> The remaining 74 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, Beutz Addition will be replatted to include the vacant <br /> 10 parcel, Lot 2, Block 2, Apache Plaza; that adjoins it to the east. <br />
