Childs, City Manager <br /> ----------------------------------- <br /> ---------------------------- <br /> SUMMARY DISCUSSION OF SUBJECT: The attached is a request from Donatelle Tool for <br /> three variances to allow an addition to the south side of their building located at <br /> Chandler Drive and Foss Road , as follows : <br /> ( 1 ) 30' setback on east side of building (35 ' required) . <br /> (2) 6' setback on west side of building (15' required) . <br /> (3) 6 space variance to parking regulations (29 required) . <br /> The applicant wishes to expand his operation and states that the variances are <br /> needed to allow construction of a building which will meet his needs. Space is <br /> • available for the *needed 6 parking stalls, but applicant does not feel that he needs <br /> them and would like to leave the area in green space. <br /> ALTERNATIVES : <br /> Recommend approval , modify, or deny. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Per Commission.
