The petition was filed in regard to that <br /> property, which is zoned Light Industrial , described as Mounds- <br /> view Acres , 2nd Addition, Blocks 1 & 2 , Henkel Addition, Lots <br /> 1 & ,2 (3824 Foss Road N.E. ) . The applicant, Donatelle Properties , <br /> proposes a 58 ' X 99 ' addition on the south side of the exist- <br /> ing structure and variances as follows : <br /> 5 ' variance to street setback on east side (35 ' required) <br /> • 9 ' variance- to west side yard 'setback (15 ' required) <br /> 6 space variance to parking regulations (29 required) <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter shall <br /> be heard at said time and place . <br /> David M.
