ANTHONY NOTICE OF HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. Anthony will hold a public hearing on April 3, 1984 , at 7 : 30 P.M. in the City Council Chambers at the St. Anthony Village Community Center, 3301 Silver Lake Road (.enter northeast corner) to discuss the' following: Request for approval of a Development Concept Plan and Detailed Plan for a Phase 2 of a Planned. Unit Development to be located south of Kenzie Terrace immediately west of St. Anthony Lanes on property generally described as follows : Beginning at the intersection of southern right-of-way of Kenzie .Terrace and the. centerline of -Sunset Avenue . (vacated) ,. thence along said centerline of Sunset Avenue southeasterly a distance of 257. 14 feet, thence turning 90 degrees and • traveling along a southwesterly line a distance of 140 feet , thence turning 90 degrees traveling along a northwesterly line parallel to the centerline of Sunset Avenue a distance of 90 feet , thence along a line parallel to the southern right- of-way of Kenzie Terrace a distance of 118 feet, thence turn- ing 90 degrees and traveling along a northwesterly line a dis- tance of 210 feet to the southern edge of the Kenzie Terrace right-of-way , thence turning 90 degrees and traveling along the southern. right-of-way of Kenzie Terrace a distance of 178 feet to the point of beginning.
