-6- <br /> Four residents had app lied to serve on the Chemical Abuse Information Committee <br /> and -the Manager' s recommendation that all four. be appointed was accepted in the <br /> fol IQwing:. �. <br /> Mot ion._by Mayor Sundland 'and seconded by Councilman Ranallo to .appoint the following <br /> -persons' to'-serve on the St. Anthony Chemical Abuse Information Committee.: <br /> Barbara Ennen, 3414 Skycroft Drive; <br /> Jim Pirino, 2917 - 33rd Avenue N.E. ; <br /> Teresa Wisniewski , 3501 —31st Avenue N.E. ; and <br /> Tim Horan, 2506 St. Anthony Boulevard. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Mr. Childs reported New Brighton had indicated Diane Harstad would not be seeking <br /> reappointment to the Rice Creek Watershed District Board of Managers, but distri- <br /> buted a letter of intent from another New Brighton resident to fill the vacancy. <br /> Councilman Enrooth indicated he would still be interested in being appointed to the <br /> Board and would soon be seeking support for nomination with both New Brighton and <br /> Roseville. A copy of the following resolution was directed to be sent to Ramsey <br /> County Commissioner Salverda and to all the communities in the region. <br /> Motion by Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Councilman Makowske to adopt the <br /> resolution which promotes the appointment of Dick Enrooth to represent the region . <br /> in which the Ramsey County portion of St. Anthony is located, on the Rice Creek <br /> Watershed District Board of Managers. <br /> RESOLUTION 84-049 • <br /> A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPOINTMENT OF RICHARD ENROOTH <br /> TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE RICE CREEK <br /> WATERSHED DISTRICT <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Ranallo, Makowske, and Sundland. <br /> Abstention: Enrooth. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Mayor Sundland to adjourn the meeting <br /> at 8:45 P.M. for the Housing and Redevelopment Authority meeting which followed <br /> at 8:50 P.M. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Helen Crowe, Secretary <br /> Mayor • <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br />
