November 27th, the date <br /> of the next scheduled Council meeting, and the following changes were made , in.- : <br /> Council and Planning Commission meeting dates to reflect their absence and. to. permit <br /> the Planning Commission. to report their.recommendations at the Council 's last meet- <br /> ing in December: <br /> Motion by Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Councilman Makowske to reschedule the <br /> Council 's November 27th meeting to be held December 4th; their December 11th <br /> meeting to December 18th; and the Planning Commission meeting to be held December <br /> 11th rather than December 18th, as scheduled. Any action related to cancelling <br /> the Council 's December 25th meeting would be taken during their December 4th <br /> meeting. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Mr. Wagner and staff were requested to let the Planning Commission know about the <br /> changes. <br /> Motion by Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Councilman Enrooth to adopt the <br /> resolution which advocates legislative attention to the election practices and <br /> administration of the Public Employees Retirement Association. <br /> RESOLUTION 84-046 <br /> A RESOLUTION ON THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Enrooth and seconded by Councilman Makowske to adopt the <br /> resolution authorizing the signing of. the road maintenance agreement with Hennepin <br /> County to have the City maintain all County State Aid roads within the corporate <br /> boundaries of St. Anthony. <br /> RESOLUTION 84-047 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND <br /> CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> HENNEPIN COUNTY AND THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> FOR ROAD MAINTENANCE <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Councilman Enrooth to adopt the <br /> resolution which designates Douglas Koehntop, 3408 Skycroft Drive, to represent <br /> St. Anthony as a non-voting member at meetings of MASAC. <br /> RESOLUTION 84-048 <br /> A RESOLUTION ON THE NOISE IMPACT OF THE AIRPORT <br /> AND REPRESENTATION ON THE METROPOLITAN AIRCRAFT SOUND ABATEMENT <br /> COUNCIL ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ST.
