The shape and position of the existing structure do not permit <br /> the addition to be made at the setback of 30 feet required by ordinance. <br /> We therefore request a variance to allow construction at a setback of 13'611, <br /> which is 1616" less than ordinance requires. The adjacent houses to the west <br /> have a front setback of 301 , while the house immediately to the east has a front <br /> setback of approximately 41 .
