May 18, 1987 • <br /> Bob and Sue Fickle <br /> 2614 30th Ave. NE <br /> St. Anthony, MN 55418 <br /> To: St. Anthony City Council, St. Anthony City Planning Commission <br /> We request a variance to allow the construction of an addition to our home <br /> at the same setback from the front of the property as the existing structure. <br /> The addition will consist of living space: three bedrooms, a bath, and a <br /> laundry room. The shape and position of the existing structure do not permit <br /> the addition to be made at the setback of 30 feet required by ordinance. <br /> We therefore request a variance to allow construction at a setback of 13'611, <br /> which is 1616" less than ordinance requires. The adjacent houses to the west <br /> have a front setback of 301 , while the house immediately to the east has a front <br /> setback of approximately 41 .
