ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> VARIANCE PETITION <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing by the <br /> Planning Commission of the City of St. Anthony on Tuesday, June <br /> 16 , 1987 , at 7: 35 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, <br /> 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter northeast corner) for the purpose: <br /> Consideration of a request from Robert and Susan <br /> Fickle, 2614 - 30th .Avenue N.E. for a variance from the <br /> setback requirements of the Zoning Ordinance to allow an <br /> addition on the east side .of the existing house to within <br /> 13 '-6" of the front property line ( 30 feet required) .
