ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> SIGN VARIANCE <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing by the <br /> Planning Commission of the City of St. Anthony on Tuesday, January <br /> 17, 1989 at 8:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, <br /> 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter northeast corner) for the following <br /> purpose: <br /> Consideration of a request for a variance from the City's Sign <br /> Ordinance by Eberhardt Company on behalf of the St. Anthony <br /> Shopping Center for a tenant directory sign proposed to be <br /> mounted on the wall at the northwest entrance to the center. <br /> The northwest wall of the former Brown Photo location fac- <br /> ing Kenzie Terrace is the proposed location of the requested <br /> 6 foot 6 inch X 6 foot 1 inch sign (total 39.6 square feet) . <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter will <br /> be heard at said time and place.
