ANTHONY SHOPPING CENTER <br /> SIGN CRITERIA <br /> General-The Sign Criteria as set forth herein, shall govern all outdoor <br /> signage to be used or displayed by the Tenants of "St. Anthony Shopping <br /> Center." This will insure quality signing throughout the Center, while <br /> maintaining pleasing architectural standards and fairness to all tenants. <br /> Consideration will be given to allowing maximum flexibility of sign designs, <br /> individuality and creativity within the limits described below: <br /> Sign Criteria/Specifications-All Tenant signs must be designed, fabricated and <br /> installed to comply with the following criteria and specifications: <br /> 1. All Tenant signs must be individually illuminated neon channel letters <br /> with plastic translucent faces. Painted faces are not acceptable. <br /> 2. Signs shall be limited to the wording necessary to describe the business <br /> trade name and/or logo, or logo type. Type styles will not be restricted, <br /> providing that they are legible, or within the size limitations described <br /> below and meet the Lessor's approval. <br /> 3. Tenants will be allowed one sign per storefront elevation. Elevations <br /> exceeding 60 linear feet may have a second sign, also subject to Lessor's <br /> • approval. <br /> 4. Unless unusual circumstances warrant special permission from the Lessor, <br /> the signs shall be limited to a single line, the total width of which <br /> shall not exceed 80% of the Tenant's store front width. The letters must <br /> be of a style and size that no part of the letter will extend more than 6" <br /> above, or below the SGR-8961 attachment channels embedded in the fascia <br /> (see #6 below for a description of those attachments). <br /> a. Letter Channels (returns)-All letter returns shall be formed from <br /> aluminum in minimum thickness of .040 inches. Depth of channels shall <br /> be 5- 1/4". All interior surfaces must have a splash coat of white <br /> for reflective purposes. Outside color will be D-99 White. <br /> b. Letter Backs-Letter backs are to be made of aluminum of the same or <br /> greater thickness as that of the letter channels. Armorply, plymetal, <br /> foam, styrene, or any other inflammable material shall not be used <br /> under any circumstances. <br /> c. Letter Faces-All letter faces are to be pigmented plexiglas, or equal <br /> acrylic sheets with a minimum thickness of .125 inches. <br /> d.
