Chief Dickerson stated this is a misdemeanor. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 Apache Plaza Queen <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Mayor Pro Tem Ranallo introduced Alyssa Volkmann who has represented <br /> 17 Apache Plaza and the City of St. Anthony as their queen. He indicated <br /> 18 there is funding for her participation in the 1990 St. Paul Winter <br /> 19 Carnival . Appreciation was expressed by the Council for her fine work. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 9.
