Liguor Store Prices <br /> 1.0 <br /> 11 The City Manager advised that the prices of liquor store <br /> 12 merchandise had been adjusted and there may be an increase in <br /> 13 business . He cautioned that anticipated profits may not be <br /> 14 realized. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 B. Watershed District Public Hearing <br /> 17 <br /> 18 On February 24th at the Shoreview City Hall the Rice Creek <br /> 19 Watershed District will hold a public hearing. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 The City Manager advised that the Silver Lake Property <br /> 22 Homeowners Association will present a petition at the public <br /> 23 hearing requesting a water quality study of the lake. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 It was noted by the City Manager that the CUB project will not <br /> 26 change any water runoff at Apache Plaza as no non-pervious <br /> surface will be added. Barr Engineering has been hired to <br /> address this matter. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 <br /> 31 11 .
