Parkina Ordinance <br /> 13 <br /> 14 The City Manager advised that the Planning Commission had <br /> 15 indicated that some of the most blatant parking problems <br /> 16 previously in evidence appear to have disappeared. It was <br /> 17 felt the accessory structure/double garage section of the <br /> 18 code would help alleviate some of the problems people <br /> 19 have been experiencing. With this addition to the code, <br /> 20 property owners would be allowed to. construct a two-car <br /> 21 garage without having to justify a hardship. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 The City Manager noted that only five people attended the <br /> 24 public hearing called by the Planning Commission to <br /> 25 discuss this matter . <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Councilmember Wagner felt action should be held off for <br /> 28 awhile. The Mayor felt the situation had improved . <br /> 29 Councilmember Fleming suggested this issue be evaluated <br /> 30 after the spring and summer seasons . <br /> 31 <br /> 32 The City Manager noted that an on-going evaluation would <br /> 33 remove this issue from the Planning Commission ' s <br /> 34 consideration . <br /> 35 <br /> 36 8 . PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> 37 <br /> 38 There were no public hearings . <br /> 39 <br /> 40 <br /> 41 9 . NEW BUSINESS <br /> 42 <br /> 43 A. Approval of 1991/1992 Recycled Content Annual Report <br /> 44 <br /> 45 Motion by Marks , second by Enrooth to approve the 1991 and <br /> 46 1992 Annual Report for the use of materials with recycled <br /> 47 content in publicly funded construction and remodeling <br /> 48 projects . This report was prepared by Dave Urbia , Management <br /> 49 Assistant . <br /> 50 Motion carried unanimously <br />
