The <br /> 10 Engineer explained that the driveways would have a tapered <br /> 11 apron out to the roadway. The curb height will be six <br /> 12 inches. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 Mayor Ranallo urged the residents to contact the City if <br /> 15 they were experiencing problems during the reconstruction. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Gloria Nashko, 3400 33rd Avenue N.E. , felt her assessment <br /> 18 was . too high because she is not allowed to sell her lot . <br /> 19 She was wondering if she was assessed for a water valve in <br /> 20 the back of her lot because she doesn' t have one. The City <br /> 21 Manager said a stop box would be put on her lot in case the <br /> 22 lot was ever divided. <br /> 04 The City Manager explained that to appeal the process, the <br /> 25 resident must appeal in writing to the City Clerk thirty <br /> 26 days from the adoption of the assessment . After that time <br /> 27 the resident has ten days to file the appeal in District <br /> 28 Court . <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Elie Dubay, 3012 32nd Avenue N.E. , appeared to express his <br /> 31 displeasure regarding his trees being cut off by.NSP. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Don Anderson, 3208 Croft Drive, wanted to know what the <br /> 34 reasoning was for grinding the concrete down. The City <br /> 35 Manager explained that on Mr. Anderson' s street there is a <br /> 36 bump which was filled in over the concrete .with asphalt, <br /> 37 which created a drainage problem. The proposal was to grind <br /> 38 off approximately one and ,a half inches to improve the <br /> 39. drainage .
