The Apache Plaza parking lots will be inspected on a daily basis for trash and debris as well as <br /> possible leaks, spills or other nonstromwater discharges. <br /> Pond and Parking Lot Inspection Procedures <br /> Pond inspection procedures consist of surveying each pond once per year to determine wet <br /> detention volume. Wet detention volume will be determined by surveying a grid of points across <br /> the bottom of the pond. The grid points will be equally spaced, 10 feet apart. <br /> Trash and debris will be removed from the Apache Plaza parking.lots on a daily basis. Any <br /> leaks, spills or other nonstormwater discharges will be documented and reported to the City in <br /> Apache's regular notification. Apache will take immediate action in the event of a leak, spill <br /> or another nonstormwater discharge. <br /> Pond Cleanout Procedures and Sediment Disposal <br /> The subcontractor will remove sediment from the pond to restore its original design wet <br /> detention volume. The subcontractor shall dispose of the sediment consistent with federal, state <br /> and local regulations. The detention pond shall be surveyed following cleanout procedures to <br /> confirm adequate removal of sediment. <br /> Process for Regular Notification of City <br /> Apache will make regular notification to the City by preparing a quarterly report. The quarterly <br /> report will contain details of the previous quarter's activities including: <br /> A records of vacuum sweeping indicating dates of sweeping; <br /> 6 pond inspections (if any) with survey notes and a summary of updated wet detention <br /> volumes; <br /> 2 . <br />
