CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 96-015 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING VACATING <br /> ROAD EASEMENTS WITHIN PROPERTY KNOWN <br /> AS APACHE PLAZA IN THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of the Apache Plaza property in the City of St. Anthony, Ste. <br /> Marie Company, have requested vacation of certain public easements on <br /> said property in the redevelopment of that property; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony desires the redevelopment of <br /> Apache Plaza property to take place. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony that the road easements legally described on the attached Exhibit 1 are hereby <br /> declared and ordered vacated and discontinued and that the City Clerk be directed to <br /> prepare and present to the proper county offices notice of said vacation. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1996 <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
