Shopping Centers. The minimum yards set fo tk iri tl s Sectidri <br /> 1635.05 will not apply to any lot line of a lot in a sheopiiig center if (i) thl iot <br /> line adjoins either another lot within the shopping ceittet or a dime ay, tier <br /> parking area within the shopping center, and (ii) the Cbiuncii h8 approveH a <br /> site plan for a building to be constructed on the lot with a different setbacic <br /> from such lot line. In such cases, the setback approved by the Coti,neij shiali <br /> apply so long as the building exists on the lot. For purposes of Ails <br /> subdivision, a "shopping center" means any group of fouri or more retail or <br /> service establishments on one or more contiguous tracts df land ih singl6 <br /> ownership, or in multiple ownership but subject to a f08 itorai 6aseitiefit <br /> agreement governing common access and parking. <br /> Section 2. Subd. 27 of Section 1400.04 of the City Code is amended to read <br /> as follows: <br /> Subd. 27. Wiping Center. Any shopping center as defined In Section <br /> 1635.05, Subd. $. <br /> Section 3.
