Larson, Sr.) as persons authorized to make certain transactions regarding City <br /> 10 financial accounts. <br /> 11 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 12 C. Resolution 97-003. re: Designate to Legal Newspaper. <br /> 13 Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to approve Resolution 97-003, designating the St. <br /> 14 Anthony Bulletin as the legal newspaper for the calendar year of 1997. <br /> 15 Mayor Ranallo thanked the St. Anthony Bulletin for their service and expressed <br /> 16 appreciation for their representation at the City Council meetings. <br /> 17 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 18 D. Resolution 97-004. re: Public Improvement Cut-Off Date. <br /> 19 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve Resolution 97-004, establishing March <br /> 20 15, 1997, as the cut-off date for receiving petitions for public improvements to be <br /> 21 included in the 1997 Construction Program. <br /> 22 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 E. Resolution 97-005.re: Designate Official Depository for City Funds. <br /> 25 Motion by Enrooth, second by Marks to approve 97-005, designating Firstar St. Anthony <br /> 26 Bank the official depository for City funds until December 31, 1997. <br /> 27 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 28 F. Resolution 97-006, re: Designate Public Health Officer. <br /> 29 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve Resolution 97-006, designating Dr. <br /> 30 William Carr as the Public Health Officer for the City of St. Anthony. <br /> 31 Motion carried unanimously. <br />
