Vehicle Storage- The vehicle storage area of the building contains parking for twenty-eight vehicles, a vehicle wash bay, and small equipment storage. The storage drive aisle and wash bay are accessed directly off of Chandler Drive. Shops/Squad Car Storage- The shops are located off the north side of vehicle storage. This west side of this area contains shop space for streets, signs, utilities, carpentry, small engine repair, and parks. The east side is dedicated to squad car storage and will accommodate six vehicles. Vehicle Maintenance— The vehicle maintenance area contains two small and two large maintenance bays, a separate welding bay, a mechanics office, a parts room, and a lube room. Storage mezzanines will be used above the parts room/mechanics office and lube room to store larger parts and equipment. Vehicle access the maintenance area is located on the south side with drive-thru access to vehicle storage provided at one large maintenance bay and the welding bay. Office— The office area contains locker rooms, a lunchroom, a map room, a supervisor office, a general office area, a janitor closet and a uni-sex bathroom. There will be an employee entrance on the southwest side of the building and a public entrance at the southeast corner of the building directly off of parking. The supervisor office, general office area and map room are located on the southeast side of the building adjacent to the public entry. The locker rooms are located on the north side of the office area and can be accessed from the vehicle storage area. The lunchroom is located on the south wall and will Jlso serve as a training room for the staff. Salt/Sand Storage— The salt/sand storage area*ill be a 50'-0"x 80'-0"fabric coveted structure.
