CALL TO ORDER 10 Chair Stromgren called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. 11 12 H. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. 13 Chair Stromgren invited the Commission and the audience to join in the Pledge of Allegiance. 14 15 III. ROLL CALL. 16 Commissioners present: Chair Stromgren; Vice Chair Hanson; Commissioners Gray, 17 Hoska,Jensen, Tillman and Young. 18 19 Absent: None. 20 21 Also present: City Manager Michael Mornson. 22 23 IV. APPROVAL OF AGENDA 24 25 Motion by Commissioner Gray, second by Commissioner Tillman, to approve the meeting agenda as 26 presented. 27 28 Motion carried unanimously 29 30 V. MEETING MINUTES. 31 32 5.1 Review and Approval—Planning Commission Minutes of January 20, 2004. 33 34 Commissioner Tillman stated that she had a correction on page 3, line 32. She clarified that the 35 resident,Ron Hanson lives at 3220 Belden Drive not 3220 Meldon Drive. 36 37 Commissioner Tillman stated that she had a correction on page 5, line 14. She stated that the 38 minutes indicate that she asked if the Commission is responsible for deciding on the number of 39 required spaces. She clarified that she asked if the Commission is responsible for deciding which 40 spaces were legitimate spaces on the plan. She noted that in the last sentence Mr. Mornson 41 responded by stating yes, it is up to the Commission to decide which of the spaces should come, 42 not how many are required. 43 44 Chair Stromgren stated that he had a correction on page 5, line 42. He stated that it should read 45 clarified that the lighting plans indicate lumens.
