City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />March 24, 2015 <br />Page 5 <br />1 Brighton, Columbia Heights, the DNR, Rice Creek Watershed District, Three Rivers Park <br />2 District, and the Soil and Water Conservation Board on this project. He reminded residents to <br />3 leave their garbage and recycling bins and yard waste container at the end of their driveway <br />4 starting tomorrow and the haulers will be switching out the cans for those residents who are <br />5 changing their hauler. He encouraged residents to call City Hall with any questions. <br />7 Councilmember Jenson reported on his attendance at the March 23`d joint meeting of the City <br />8 Council and Planning Commission. He also reported on his attendance at the March 23`d Fire <br />9 Department Relief Association meeting. <br />10 <br />11 Councilmember Stille reported on his attendance at the March 23`d joint meeting of the City <br />12 Council and Planning Commission. <br />13 <br />14 Councilmember Gray reported on his attendance at the March 23`d joint meeting of the City <br />15 Council and Planning Commission and stated that the joint meeting included a training session <br />16 by the League of Minnesota Cities on land use. <br />17 <br />18 Councilmember Brever reported on her attendance at the March 23`d joint meeting of the City <br />19 Council and Planning Commission. <br />20 <br />21 Mayor Faust reported on his attendance at the March 23`d joint meeting of the City Council and <br />22 Planning Commission and noted the training session by the League was part of the Settlement <br />23 Agreement related to the RLUIPA lawsuit and all portions of the Settlement Agreement have <br />24 now been completed. <br />25 <br />26 VIII. COMMUNITY FORUM. <br />27 <br />28 Mayor Faust invited residents to come forward at this time and address the Council on items that <br />29 are not on the regular agenda. Hearing none, Mayor Faust moved forward with the agenda. <br />30 <br />31 IX. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. <br />32 <br />33 Mayor Faust thanked residents for their patience and for participating in organized collection. <br />34 <br />35 X.
