City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />January 26, 2016 <br />Page 2 <br />suggested the fees for the cities be increased and the Board of NYFS look at raising the fees. <br />That may also assist in gaining business support. <br />I1I. Resolution 16 -016; a resolution Approving Northeast Youth and Family Services <br />10 Agreement - $3,746 <br />11 <br />12 Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Brever, to approve the <br />13 Consent Agenda items as presented. <br />14 <br />15 Motion carried 4 -0 <br />16 <br />17 IV. PUBLIC HEARING — NONE. <br />18 <br />19 V. REPORTS FROM COMMISSION AND STAFF — NONE. <br />20 <br />21 VI. GENERAL BUSINESS OF COUNCIL. <br />22 <br />23 A. 2016 Planning Commission Work Plan <br />24 <br />25 Planning Commission Chair Jim Gondorchin reviewed a draft of the St. Anthony Village <br />26 Planning Commission 2016 Work Plan. Mr. Gondorchin reviewed the unique and typical duties <br />27 of the Planning Commission. There are three new Planning Commissioners so training will be <br />28 very important in 2016. <br />29 <br />30 Councilmember Stille stated past plans have focused on two or three specific items such as solar, <br />31 but this plan is different as there are no specific items. There will be two opportunities for <br />32 residents to participate in meetings with the Planning Commission. Councilmembers Stille and <br />33 Brever are participating in the Steering Committee. <br />34 <br />35 Mayor Faust stated the Comprehensive Plan is voluminous and work will roll into 2017 also as it <br />36 is not due until 2018. <br />37 <br />38 Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Brever, to approve the 2016 <br />39 Planning Commission Work Plan as presented. <br />40 <br />41 Motion carried 4 -0 <br />42 <br />43 B. 2016 Parks Commission Work Plan <br />44 <br />45 Parks Commission Chair Scott Bentz reviewed a draft of the St. Anthony Village Parks <br />46 Commission 2016 Work Plan. He read the typical duties along with the 2016 items that the Parks <br />47 Commission will focus on. He also reviewed the items that were worked on in 2015. <br />48 <br />
