A <br /> VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> July 27, 1965 <br /> 1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> The regular meeting of the St. Anthony, Village Council was called to <br /> order by Mayor McNulty at 8:00 O.M. on Tuesday, July 27, 1965. <br /> 2. ROLL CALL <br /> The following members were present u+t roll call : <br /> W. R. Dougherty <br /> George Erickson <br /> _.James McNulty <br /> Richard Sorenson <br /> Robert Bailey (in at 8:12 p.m.) <br /> None were absent <br /> Also present were the Village Manager, Village Attorney, and Public <br /> Works Superintendent. <br /> 3. MINUTES <br /> • Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty, seconded by Councilman Erickson, <br /> it was moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of July 13, 1965 <br /> as submitted. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br /> 4. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> None <br /> 5. RESOLUTIONS & ORDINANCES <br /> None <br /> 6. COMMUNICATIONS, PETITIONS & REPORTS <br /> Upon order of Mayor McNulty, the request from Samuel Wertheimer, Attorney, <br /> to have the Village Council lower the insurance coverage requirements on <br /> taxi cab licenses was deferred to August 10, 1965. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson, seconded by Councilman Erickson, it <br /> was moved to grant permission to the St. Anthony Village Jaycees to hold <br /> their annual Fall Festival at Central- Park providing the dance is <br /> properly supervised by Police and that any parade route be approved by <br /> the Police Department. <br /> 40 The motion carried unanimously. <br /> Upon order of Mayor McNulty, the report of Police Activity for the month <br /> of June, 1965, was received and filed. <br />
