C. Northfield, Jr. on <br /> lot 19, block 3, St. Anthony Terrace Manor Addition of 4 feet on the <br /> rear yard requirement and 1 foot on the front yard requirement. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br /> Upon order of Mayor McNulty, the minutes of the Planning Board meeting <br /> of July 20, 1965 were received and filed: <br /> Upon order of Mayor McNulty, the report of the Village financial condition <br /> for the month of June, 1965, was received and filed. <br /> 7. MISCELLANEOUS <br /> Upon order of Mayor McNulty, the request by Max Saliterman to pave <br /> Coolidge Street lying north of Lowry Avenue was deferred to August 10, 1965. <br /> Upon order of Mayor McNulty, the request of Robert McKay to establish a <br /> Teen Center in the tower level of the St. Anthony Lanes was deferred to <br /> August 24, 1965. <br /> 9, VERIFIED CLAIMS <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson, seconded by Councilman Bailey, it <br /> was moved to authorize verified claims and approve payment thereof. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br /> 10. CONTRACT PAYMENTS <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson, seconded by Councilman Bailey, it was <br /> moved to approve payment to Erickson, Popham, Haik and Schnobrick in the <br /> amount of $458.50 for work not covered by the monthly retainer fee. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br />
