MINUTES <br /> • Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson, seconded by Councilman Bailey, it <br /> was moved to waive reading and approve the minutes of the regular meeting <br /> of August 24, 1965. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> 4. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> None <br /> 5. RESOLUTION b ORDINANCES <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Erickson seconded by Councilman Bailey it was <br /> moved to adopt Resolution No. 65-073, Corporate Bank Resolution. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 65-073 <br /> CORPORATE BANK RESOLUTION <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Ayes Erickson, Bailey, Sorenson, Dougherty <br /> Nay: None <br /> Absent not voting: McNulty <br /> • The resolution was declared adopted. <br />
