Anthony <br /> was called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 otclock P.M. on Tuesday, <br /> September 28, 1965. <br /> 2, ROLL CALL <br /> The following members were present at roll call : <br /> James McNulty <br /> W. R. Dougherty <br /> Robert Bailey <br /> Richard Sorenson <br /> George Erickson <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> None <br /> 3. MINUTES <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson seconded by Councilman Dougherty that <br /> • the minutes be approved as submitted. <br /> _The motion carried. <br /> 4. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> None <br /> 5. RESOLUTIONS & ORDINANCES <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty seconded by Councilman Erickson that <br /> tabled item concerning resolution authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute <br /> Quit Claim Deed re: Village Park Land be removed from table. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> After discussion concerning the merits of maintaining an easement over the <br /> whole of Outlot #2, it was moved by Councilman Sorenson and seconded by Council- <br /> man Bailey that Resolution No. 65-075 be adopted. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Erickson, Bailey, McNulty, Sorenson, Dougherty <br /> Nays None <br /> The resolution was declared adopted. <br />
