-14- OLD 14-OLD BUSINESS Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson seconded by Councilman Dougherty that Item 7A as pertains to application for Federal funds for storm damage re-imbursement be removed from the table. The motion carried. Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty seconded by Councilman Sorenson, it was moved that Fedc.al Disaster Claims Exhibit "A" be approved authorizing the Village Manager, John Pointon, to act for the Village in processing the claim application forms. Voting on the resolution: Aye: Dougherty, McNulty, Sorenson Nay: Erickson, Bailey The resolution was declared adopted. MISCELLANEOUS it was moved Upon motion by Councilman Erickson, seconded by Councilman Bailey,Athat the Northtown Plumbing and Advanced Heating licenses be approved as recommended by the Village Plumbing Inspector. The motion carried. Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty, seconded by Mayor McNulty, it • was moved that the Hennepin County Auditor be notified that a levy is to be made for the Village share of the Hennepin County Park District. The motion carried. Mr. Maher is to be instructed to attend the meeting of the Highway Department regarding regulation for State Aid Road Applications. The Village Manager was instructed to inform Mr. Glen Asmus, Liquor Store Auditor, that he was to be responsible for the third Ord) quarter liquor inventory, that the necessary help was to be procurr•ed by him, and that a certified inventory report was to be submitted to the Village Council with no qualifications. VERIFIED CLAIMS Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson seconded by Councilman Bailey, it was moved that the verified accounts be approved for payment. The motion carried. CONTRACT PAYMENTS The Village Manager was instructed to present a plan for financing streets now under contract as soon as was possible. FINAL PAYMENTS None
