-14- <br /> OLD <br /> 14-OLD BUSINESS <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson seconded by Councilman Dougherty <br /> that Item 7A as pertains to application for Federal funds for storm damage <br /> re-imbursement be removed from the table. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty seconded by Councilman Sorenson, it <br /> was moved that Fedc.al Disaster Claims Exhibit "A" be approved authorizing <br /> the Village Manager, John Pointon, to act for the Village in processing the <br /> claim application forms. <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> Aye: Dougherty, McNulty, Sorenson <br /> Nay: Erickson, Bailey <br /> The resolution was declared adopted. <br /> MISCELLANEOUS it was moved <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Erickson, seconded by Councilman Bailey,Athat <br /> the Northtown Plumbing and Advanced Heating licenses be approved as <br /> recommended by the Village Plumbing Inspector. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty, seconded by Mayor McNulty, it <br /> • was moved that the Hennepin County Auditor be notified that a levy is to be <br /> made for the Village share of the Hennepin County Park District. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> Mr. Maher is to be instructed to attend the meeting of the Highway <br /> Department regarding regulation for State Aid Road Applications. <br /> The Village Manager was instructed to inform Mr. Glen Asmus, Liquor <br /> Store Auditor, that he was to be responsible for the third Ord) quarter <br /> liquor inventory, that the necessary help was to be procurr•ed by him, and <br /> that a certified inventory report was to be submitted to the Village Council <br /> with no qualifications. <br /> VERIFIED CLAIMS <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson seconded by Councilman Bailey, it <br /> was moved that the verified accounts be approved for payment. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> CONTRACT PAYMENTS <br /> The Village Manager was instructed to present a plan for financing <br /> streets now under contract as soon as was possible. <br /> FINAL PAYMENTS <br /> None <br />
