CALL TO ORDER <br /> The regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony <br /> was called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday, October 12, 1965. <br /> 2. ROLL CALL <br /> The following members were present at roll call : <br /> George Erickson <br /> W. R. Dougherty <br /> Robert Bailey <br /> James McNulty <br /> Village Attorney, Raymond Haik and Village Manager, John Printon <br /> .and the following were absent: <br /> Richard Sorenson <br /> 3. MINUTES <br /> Councilman Dougherty noted an error in the minutes of the September 28th <br /> • meeting on Page #3 pertaining to street lights to be installed at 29th and <br /> Crestview Drive and 29th and Roselle Drive. The minutes should read, Councilman <br /> Bailey moved and Councilman Dougherty seconded. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Bailey and seconded by Councilman Dougherty, it <br /> was moved that the reading of the minutes of September 28, 1965 be waived and the <br /> minutes be approved as amended. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> Councilman Dougherty introduced for discussion the financing of the two <br /> street projects under contract. It was agreed that Water Construction Fund #74A <br /> surplus funds be used for the financing of small improvement projects that are to <br /> be assessed to benefitting properties. The Village Manager was directed to pre- <br /> pare an appropriate resolution for this financing when total costs are available. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty seconded by Councilman Erickson that the <br /> Hennepin County Relief Board be notified that the Village of St. Anthony does <br /> wish to participate in the Federal Food Stamp plan as it pertains to Village <br /> relief recipients. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> • <br />
