VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> October 26, 1965 <br /> • 1 . CALL TO ORDER <br /> The regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony was <br /> ,.called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday, October 26, 1965. <br /> 2. ROLL CALL <br /> The following members were present at roll call : <br /> W. R. Dougherty <br /> Robert Bailey <br /> Richard Sorenson <br /> James McNulty <br /> also present: <br /> Village Attorney, David Doty, <br /> Village Engineer, DeWayne Olson <br /> Public Works Superintendent, Norbert Maher <br /> Village Manager, John Printon <br /> the following were absent: <br /> George Erickson <br /> 3. MINUTES <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Bailey seconded by Councilman Dougherty, it was <br /> moved that the minutes of the special meeting of October 9, 1965 and the regular <br /> meeting of October 12, 1965 be approved as submitted. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> After due consideration, it was decided to defer action on the adoption <br /> of a resolution authorizing the Mayor and Village Clerk to enter into an agree- <br /> ment with the Minneapolis Park Board in regard to the deeding of that portion <br /> of St. Anthony Boulevard as lies within the corporate limits to the Village of <br /> St. Anthony until further information was available as to access to Interstate <br /> ##351.1. A report of such findings to be presented at the November 23rd meeting. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty, Resolution No. 65-079 was presented <br /> for adoption. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 65-079 <br /> A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE COUNTY AUDITORS OF HENNEPIN AND RAMSEY COUNTIES <br /> TO CANCEL ALL OUTSTANDING AD VALOREM TAXES AGAINST CERTAIN BOND ISSUES <br /> The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Sorenson. <br /> • <br />
