's request for a <br /> "/12 foot variance from Chelmsford in order to avoid facing a proposed residence <br /> • toward Elmwood Church's parking lot. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson and seconded by Councilman Dougherty, it <br /> was moved that a 12 foot variance be granted from Chelmsford for Lot 16, <br /> Block 3, Wilshire Park 3rd Addition. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> \ A request by Mr. Forsythe of Forsythe Realty for the division of Parcel 468, <br /> Plat 63506 to two 75' x 166.5' lots was considered. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Councilman Sorenson that <br /> the request for the division of Parcel 468, Plat 63506 into two 75' x 166.5' <br /> lots be approved subject to necessary easements and approval of the Village <br /> Engineer and Public Works Superintendent. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> After considerable discussion, it was agreed that a hardship existed in the <br /> request for the division of Lot 9, Block 5, Mounds View Acres, 2nd Addition into <br /> 4 - 62.5' x 133' lots as adjoining property owners were unwilling to divide <br /> their property at this time. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty seconded by Councilman Bailey, it was <br /> moved that a variance of 12.5' frontage and 700 square foot variance in area be <br /> granted, and that the request for division of Lot 9, Block 5, Mounds View Acres, <br /> • 2nd Addition into four 62.5' x 133' lots be approved. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> XAfter due consideration of Mr. Russell Duvall 's request to divide his three <br /> %'lots facing the vacated portion of St. Anthony Road into two lots with frontage <br /> 75' and 102.18' front to rear on Roosevelt Street and with depths of 150', it <br /> was moved by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Councilman Sorenson that the <br /> division request be approved. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Mr. Springer discussed the feasibility of incorporating Midwest Planners <br /> proposal into the Federal 701 Program. The plan would have to be expanded to <br /> a comprehensive plan of the entire village with a 2/3 Federal, 1/3 Village <br /> share cost distribution. The Village Manager was directed to contact <br /> Mr. Maurice Chandler, 701 Administrator, relative to a joint Council and <br /> Planning Board meeting on November 18th. <br /> A ten minute recess was called at 9:50 o'clock P.M. The meeting was called <br /> back into session at 10:00 o'clock P.M. <br />
