y , \ <br /> -3- <br /> Resolution No. 66-055 was discussed at length, Councilman Bailey moved and <br /> seconded by Councilman Sorenson that Resolution No. 66-055, resolution removing <br /> assessments from certain Village property, be tabled, and that the Supt. of <br /> Schools be requested to file a deed for that portion of Outlot #1 Wilshire Park <br /> 4th Addition as was deeded to the St. Anthony School District by the Village <br /> of St. Anthony, and that a statement of assessments be sent the St. Anthony <br /> School Board for those assessments placed against the aforementioned property. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Councilman Sorenson introduced Resolution No. 66-054 and moved that it be <br /> adopted. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 66-054 <br /> RESOLUTION CALLING FOR P119LIr HEARTVG <br /> the resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Dougherty. <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> a <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey, Sorenson <br /> • Nay: Nona <br /> the resulu*ioa was declared adop�ed. <br /> The inoperaLle vehicle report of James Shaughnessy, building inspector, Nas <br /> received. Councilman Springer noted that there were two inoperable vehicles on <br /> the R/b! at 2420 - 33rd Avenue N.E. and an old station wagon parked in the <br /> driveway between W5 and 33rd an Rankin Road. It was the Council 's directive <br /> that complaints be signed against those individuals not complying with the <br /> Ordinance Section as pertains to the parking and storage of materials and <br /> vehicles. Mr. Kenneth Lee reported that the well drillers equipment parked on <br /> property abutting Silver Lake Road and North of 39th Avenue N.E., had been <br /> sold and would be removed. <br /> The Village Attorney advised the Council that in the future -- no licenses <br /> could be required of contractors or individuals who were licensed by the State <br /> of Minnesota. The Village Manager was directed to notify the Minneapolis <br /> Plumbers Association of this fact. <br /> Councilman Bailey introduced Resolution No. 66-056 and moved that it be <br /> adopted. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 66-056 <br /> A RESOLUTION ADVERTISING FOR BIDS IMPROVEMENT <br /> . PROJECT 1966-1 <br /> The Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Dougherty. <br /> Voting on the Motion, <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Sorenson, Bailey, Springer <br /> Nay: None <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br />
