COUNCIL MINUTES July 26, 1966 The regular meeting of the Village Council of St. Anthony was called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday, July 26, 1966. The following were present at roll call : O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey, Sorenson. also present: Raymond is il, V11 l !age Attorney Deldayne Olson, Village engineer John Printon, Village Manager Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson seconded by Councilman Springer it was moved that the minutes of the regular meeting of July 12, 1966 be approved as submitted. Motion Carried. Upon motion by Councilman Bailey seconded by Councilman Dougherty it was moved that the minutes of the special meeting of July 18, 1966 be approved as submitted. Motion Carried. Mr. Louis Howitz, Chairman Planning Board, presented the minutes of the Planning Board Meeting of July 19, 1966. Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty seconded by Councilman Sorenson it was moved that the request of Mr. Utke, 3400 Roosevelt Street for a 14 ft. set back variance from 34th Avenue N.E. be approved. Motion Carried. Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson seconded by Mayor O'Connor it was moved that the request for a 16.88 ft. set back variance from Silver Lane at 4029 Penrod Lane be approved. Motion Carried. After discussion, upon motion by Councilman Bailey seconded by Mayor O'Connor it was moved that the request to divide parcel 5100 plat 63507 into the north 100 ft. and the South 75 ft. be approved and that the request for a 13 ft. back yard variance and a 10 ft. front yard variance from 50' to 40' be approved. Motion Carried. Mr. Howitz informed the Council that a hearing had been scheduled for the rezoning of lot 4, Block 4, Mounds View Acres 2nd Addition from R-1 to R-2 on August 16, 1966.
