-3- <br /> The <br /> 3-The Village Manager was directed to investigate intersections having trees <br /> or shrubs encroaching on the R/W that impair vision of the motorist at the <br /> respective intersections, and to report to the Council at the October 25th <br /> meeting. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson seconded by Councilman Bailey it was moved <br /> that the Mayor and Village Manager be authorized to enter into agreement with <br /> the Soo Line R.R. for a storm sewer permit to connect the surface water <br /> drainage from the Diamond Eight Apartments to the existing Soo Line culvert <br /> north of the apartment area, per plan attached to said agreement. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson seconded by Councilman Bailey it was moved <br /> that the request for division of the Diamond Eight property into separate <br /> tracts containing a building on each tract be denied as the land area would be <br /> in violation of the Ordinance for land development. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Springer, Bailey, Sorenson <br /> • Nay: None <br /> Absent not voting: Councilman Dougherty <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson seconded by Councilman Springer it was moved <br /> that the meeting be adjourned. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Vi 11 J Cl e <br /> • lage Manager <br />
