VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY • COUNCIL MINUTES November 22, 1966 The regular meeting of the Village Council of St. Anthony was called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday November 22, 1966. The following were present at roll call : O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey, Sorenson Absent: None Also present : Village Attorney, Raymond Haik Village engineer, DeWayne Olson Village Manager, John Printon Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson seconded by Councilman Dougherty it was moved that the minutes of the regular meeting of November 8th, 1966 be app- roved as submitted. Motion Carried. Upon motion by Councilman Springer and seconded by Councilman Sorenson, it was moved that the minutes of the Canvas Board of the November 8th, General Election be approved as submitted. • Motion Carried. The Minutes of the Planning Board meeting of November 15, 1966 were reviewed. Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty seconded by Councilman Sorenson it was moved that the request of Rodney Billman to divide 7.6 feet of width from lot 10 Block 5, Wilshire Park, 4th Addition and add it to lot 9, Block 5, Wilshire Park 4th Addition be approved. Motion Carried. Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that the request of Fred W. Odell to divide lot 1, and part of lot 2, Block 5, Mounds View Acres, 2nd Addition into 80' lots with a 90' corner lot be approved subject to a 10' easement across the back property lines for utility purposes. Motion Carried. Upon motion by Councilman Springer and seconded by Councilman Dougherty it was moved that the request of Horton Connett to divide 5 feet of lot 2, Block 1, Pat Pen Addition and add it to lot 3, Block 1, be approved. Motion Carried. Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Mayor O'Connor it was moved that the request of Amelia W. Nash to divide lot 3, Block 4, Clark and Kings Garden Tracts be denied. Motion Carried.
