VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> July 25, 1969 <br /> The regular meeting of the Village Council of St. Anthony was called to order <br /> by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P.M. Tuesday July 25, 1967. <br /> The following were present at roll call : <br /> O'Connor, Dougherty, Bailey <br /> Absent: Springer, Sorenson <br /> Also present: David Doty, Village Attorney <br /> John Printon, Village Manager <br /> It was noted that the following corrections were made for clarification of the <br /> minutes of July 11, 1967: <br /> page 2, paragraph 6 after 'costs for' add ' the bituminous surfacing of'; <br /> page 4, paragraph 7, after 'request for' add 'temporary'. <br /> • Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty, seconded by Councilman Bailey it was <br /> moved that the minutes of July 11, 1967 be approved as amended. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> DeWayne hteidtke, member Planning Board, presented the minutes of the Board <br /> meeting of July 18, 1967. <br /> Mr. Kenneth Denson requested the council to table action on his request <br /> for zoning change. After discussion, Mayor O'Connor moved and seconded by <br /> Councilman Dougherty that the matter of the rezoning of lot 1, Block 2, <br /> St. Anthony Industrial Tract from light industrial to commercial be tabled <br /> to December 26, 1967. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Mr. Oaubney representing Vadnais Construction Company presented a zoning <br /> change request from light industrial to multiple and a development plan <br /> for the construction of a 30 unit apartment on parcel 1551 and the South <br /> 118.9 ft. of parcell556. He stated that the development plan met all of the <br /> Village requirements and that no residents presented any obsectfons at the <br /> hearing held by the Planning Board. Mr. Miedtke was asked if the Planning <br /> Board had considered the rezoning of the property to the north in their <br /> recommendation and he stated that the Board felt that they would rather con- <br /> sider each proposal presented rather than propose a rezoning of the entire area <br /> at this time. <br /> J <br />
