Y <br /> -3- <br /> The <br /> 3-The Village Manager was directed to inform Mr. John Commers, 3112 - 36th <br /> Avenue N.E. that the installation of a curbing in front of his property would <br /> be done either as an improvement for 1968 and assessed or as a cash payment <br /> with the construction to be done as soon as is feasible. <br /> Mr. Horton Connet's request for the rezoning of property on Stinson Boulevard <br /> between 33rd and 34th Avenue N.E. was denied. <br /> Mr. A. J. Ludwig appeared and complained of water quality and also of the <br /> amount of his second quarter water bill. He was informed that treatment <br /> underway in the water plant should alleviate his problem. The request for <br /> adjustment of his water bill was denied. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Councilman Fpringer it <br /> was moved that the engineers certificate in the amount of $62.21 be approved. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey <br /> Nay: None <br /> Absent not voting : Sorenson <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Mayor O'Connor and seconded by Councilman Bailey it was moved <br /> that the engineers certificate in the amount of $64.80 be approved. <br /> • Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey <br /> Nay: None <br /> Absent not voting: Sorenson <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Councilman Springer that <br /> the properly verified claims be approved. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Councilman Springer it was <br /> moved that the resignation of Councilman Richard K.
