• -2- <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Bailey and seconded by Councilman Dougherty it <br /> was moved that the bid of Gurtek and Ramberg for the furnishing and planting <br /> of trees and shrubs in Ramsey Park be accepted in the amount of $1658.00. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Ayes O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey <br /> Nay: None <br /> Absent not voting: Sorenson <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Mayor O'Connor introduced Resolution No. 67-037 and moved that it be adopted. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 67-037 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN <br /> PARK FUNDS. <br /> The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Bailey. <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> • Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey <br /> Nay: None <br /> Absent not voting: Sorenson <br /> Resolution declardd adopted. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty seconded by Mayor O'Connor it was moved <br /> that the request of Elmwood Lutheran Church to erect a 35' cross approximately <br /> 69 feet from the East line of Chelmsford Avenue be approved. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Bailey <br /> Nay:-F Springer <br /> Absent not voting: Sorenson <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Various letters and reports were received and ordered filed. <br /> A meeting with residents of Silver Lake was set for 7:00 P.M. September 12, <br /> 1967 and the Village Manager was directed to notify all residents living on <br /> Silver Lane, Silver Lake Court, and Silver Lake Terrace. <br /> The Village Manager was directed toteview by letter with Mr. Dumphy, the odor <br /> • control requirements conditioning the approval of the Happy's Potato Chip <br /> Plant and also to contact references supplied by Crest Aire Inc. <br />
