t <br /> • VILLAGE OF ST, ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> September 12, 1967 <br /> The regular meeting of the Village Council of St. Anthony was called to order <br /> by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday September 12, 1967. <br /> The following were present at roll call : <br /> O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey, Emond <br /> Absent: None <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Mayor O'Connor it was - <br /> moved that the minutes of the meeting of August 22, 1967 be approved as sub- <br /> mitted. <br /> Notion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Springer and seconded by Councilman Dougherty it was <br /> moved that the minutes of the special meeting of September "7, 1967 be approved <br /> as submitted. <br /> is Motion Carried, <br /> Mr. Jim Moffat and Sam Bingham representing the Automobile Club, aresented a <br /> pedestrian safety award to Chief Brown. The award was the sixth successive <br /> award presented to the Village. <br /> Councilman Dougherty introduced Resolution No. 67-041 and moved that it be <br /> adopted. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 67-041 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAN FOR <br /> IMPROVEMENT OF C.S.A.H. !#153• <br /> The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Bailey. <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey, Emond <br /> Nay: None <br /> Resolution declared adopted <br /> Various letters were received and ordered filed. <br /> • The Village Manager was directed to forward a copy of a letter from the <br /> Village of New Brighton affirming the 44' design width of Silver Lane to Mr. <br /> Kennedy and to acknowledge receipt of said letter to the Village of New <br /> Brighton. <br /> The financial Report for the 2nd quarter Municipal Liquor operation was <br /> received and ordered filed. <br />
