-2- Upon 2-Upon Motion by Councilman Springer and seconded by Councilman Dougherty it was moved that change order ##1, St. Improvement 1966-1 be approved. Voting on the motion: Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey, En*nd Nay: None Motion Carried. The sign of Diamond Eight Apartments was discussed. The Village Council was informed that no permits for the sign are of record. After due consideration the Village Attorney was directed to take the necessary action to have the sign removed. The offer of Mrs. Bertha Orygs to se•11 a lot adjacent to the Foss Road Holding Pond was received from her attorney, Mr. Rischard. The Village Manager was directed to reply to the offer and inform Mr. Rischard that the proposal had been referred to the Planning Board and Park Board for recommendation. The respective Boards were also requested to consider a park area on Silver Lake. The matter of the appointment of a Planning Board member was discussed and laid over to the next meeting. Upon motion by Mayor O'Connor and seconded by Councilman Springer it was moved that an auction permit be approved to liquidate stock and equipment at the DX • Service Station on County Road C and Anthony Lane. Motion Carried. Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded ay Mayor O'Connor it was moved that N.ld. Bell Company's request to place buried cable on Foss Road North of 37th Avenue N.E. be approved. Voting on the Motion: Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Emond Nay: None Abstain: Bailey Motion Carried. Upon- motion by Councilman Dougherty seconded by Councilman Springer it was moved tha v-the licenses be approved as submitted.
